As Chief Customer Officer, Marty Pankau leads CallMiner’s commitment to customer success. Our goal is to partner with our customers to provide conversational analytics solutions that have a significant positive impact on their strategic objectives. Marty’s team is responsible for all aspects of implementation, adoption, strategy and value alignment and program delivery including contract renewals and customer growth. Marty brings over two decades of experience in leading go-to-market and customer success teams for high growth SaaS organizations. Prior to joining CallMiner, Marty was the SVP of Revenue at DialogTech before its sale to Invoca. At DialogTech, he helped lead the customer transformation to conversational intelligence as the core to customer value and growth. Leading Customer Success, Sales, and Partnerships, he helped establish the Customer Success Framework that informed product and go-to-market strategy with the voice of the customer as the guiding principle. Earlier, Marty helped develop and lead the customer success team for the marketing automation SaaS platform, Responsys before their IPO and eventual sale to the Oracle Marketing Cloud. Marty holds a BS in Business Administration from Winona State.
