As VP of Operations – Central Europe, Dominik Predota leads regional operations across sales, marketing, customer success, support, and engineering to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence. He is focused on accelerating customer outcomes, expanding analytics and automation capabilities, and ensuring regional priorities are well-represented across the company.
Prior to his current role, Dominik served as VP of Automation Sales at CallMiner following the acquisition of VOCALLS, where he held leadership positions as Chief Commercial Officer and Head of Sales. He has also led growth and marketing strategy at ROUVY, advised on SaaS solutions for SAP Ariba, and held purchasing roles at ŠKODA AUTO and Bentley Motors. Dominik brings deep expertise in go-to-market strategy, revenue growth, and cross-functional execution across technology and automotive sectors.
