As Chief Product Officer at CallMiner, Bruce is responsible for product management, strategy, and roadmap. He has more than 15 years of experience in product management and software development and has played key product leadership roles through various stages, from startup to major industry players. Prior to CallMiner, Bruce was the Head of Product at KMI, an enterprise SaaS software company, leading the product organization in developing simple, easy to use analytics and risk management products. Bruce has a BA degree from Simon Fraser University, and an MBA from the University of Newcastle.
