CallMiner’s Vice President of Enterprise Applications and Technology is promoted to CIO to drive IT initiatives and continued global expansion

CallMiner, the leading provider of conversation intelligence to drive business improvement, today announced the appointment of Rachel Simone as Chief Information Officer (CIO).

For the last three years, Simone has served as CallMiner’s Vice President of Enterprise Applications and Technology, building the company’s information systems and supporting a growing network of employees. In the CIO role, she will continue to spearhead CallMiner’s business applications development and overall information infrastructure in support of the company’s global growth and long-term, strategic goals.

“Throughout her time at CallMiner, Rachel has leaned into decades of experience to ensure our information systems and IT initiatives are primed for our continued growth and innovation,” said Paul Bernard, President and CEO, CallMiner. “Rachel is the right leader to have at the helm and as part of the CallMiner C-suite to optimize our enterprise technology strategies and solutions for the future.”

Simone works closely with CallMiner stakeholders across various departments to oversee the development of applications and provide support for employees. Through her and her team’s efforts, CallMiner can more effectively and intelligently tie together the data that flows across the company’s entire customer life cycle – from marketing and business development departments to the sales organization and customer success and support teams – which is critical for onboarding, implementing and driving ROI for organizations using the CallMiner platform. In addition, her team will continue to build the foundational corporate support systems for CallMiner’s finance, legal, HR and IT departments.

Prior to joining CallMiner, Simone held senior management roles at Ipswitch, Dassault Systèmes, DS SolidWorks and others. Simone is a graduate of Boston University and holds an MBA from the Suffolk University Sawyer Business School.

“I’m proud of the work that has already been done to create the internal systems needed to ensure CallMiner and its employees can operate at high speed every day,” said Rachel Simone. “I look forward to continuing to build the technology infrastructure that enables CallMiner to innovate and bring products and solutions to market faster, all in favor of delivering on CallMiner’s key mission – better supporting our customers.”
