Chris Jones is a former Senior Data Scientist at CallMiner. He received a Ph.D. in physics from MIT in 2012, where he researched black holes and neutrinos. He brings eight years of professional software development and data science experience to the company, having worked in healthcare and cybersecurity. He is focused on developing automatic, understandable insight engines from real-world, messy speech data with Python and a lot of math.
