The Boston Globe Names CallMiner a Top Place to Work for 2022

December 01, 2022

Based directly on employee feedback, CallMiner recognized as one of the best employers in Massachusetts for second consecutive year

CallMiner, the leading provider of conversation intelligence to drive business improvement, has been named one of the Top Places to Work in Massachusetts in the 15th annual employee-based survey project from The Boston Globe. CallMiner is ranked 18th in the large employers category.

“Foundational to CallMiner’s culture is the focus we put on supporting and empowering our employees – and when that’s achieved, we can more effectively grow, innovate and succeed together,” said Paul Bernard, President and CEO, CallMiner. “This recognition is a testament to the brilliant, motivated CallMiner team, and the positive impact they have on our customers, partners, community and each other. We’re honored to be named among these innovative Massachusetts organizations for the second year in a row, and we remain dedicated to cultivating a workplace that values a positive employee experience.”

Based on feedback and insights, CallMiner is continuously implementing new programs and improvements to meet employee wants and needs. This includes support for a range of new employee-generated Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) in addition to its existing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council, expanded time off benefits to include volunteer and employee development opportunities, a new tuition reimbursement program, improved maternity and parental leave, and more.

"The pandemic has changed the way we work, and the employers who topped the list understand it goes far beyond the remote vs. in-office debate," said Katie Johnston, the Globe’s Top Places to Work editor. "Workers want flexibility, of course, but they also want more support, more humanity, and a greater sense of purpose."

Top Places to Work recognizes the most admired workplaces in the state voted on by the people who know them best—their employees. The survey measures employee opinions about their company’s direction, execution, connection, management, work, pay and benefits, and engagement.

The rankings in Top Places to Work2022 are based on confidential survey information collected by Energage (formerly WorkplaceDynamics), an independent company specializing in employee engagement and retention, from more than 90,000 individuals at 381 Massachusetts organizations, the most companies ever surveyed in the state. The winners share a few key traits, including offering more flexibility to continue working remotely, tracking progress on efforts to support a diverse workforce, and, above all, remembering to have some fun along the way.
