Modern slavery and human trafficking are violations of fundamental human rights. Both slavery and human trafficking exist in today's society, by depriving a person's liberty at the person's expense for another's gain. Call Miner is opposed to modern slavery and human trafficking and has a zero-tolerance approach on such matters.

Relevant Policies and Actions

We have several internal policies to ensure that CallMiner confirms that modern slavery and human trafficking do not and will not take place at the company. During recruitment, CallMiner does a thorough eligibility background check of its employees to verify that no individuals are employed to work against their personal will. During each employee's onboarding and annual training, Call Miner promotes its employee handbook, the Child, Forced Labor, and Modern Slavery Policy, and other policies that protect individuals from harassment, intimidation, and exploitive working conditions. CallMiner ensures that its employees are trained equally and fairly and paid no less than the national minimum wage. We encourage openness with our employees and our policies and procedures outline methods for employees to contact human resources, compliance, or upper management to address and manage any issues or incidents. Our employee training reinforces how each employee has an important role in maintaining a safe workplace for all individuals.

Our Supply Chains

Our supply chains are located worldwide and include suppliers for colocalization, web hosting services, supplemental support resources, and payroll and employment services. We also have distributors and resellers for our products and services. CallMiner conducts thorough due diligence on all suppliers utilized for any major business support before we permit such suppliers to become part of our team of suppliers. We perform a risk assessment, run appropriate checks of the business operation, and perform other reviews to ensure the financial and professional components of the supplier are met. This statement is made pursuant to Section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act of 2015 and constitutes CallMiner's slavery and human trafficking statement for the current financial year.
