The date has been fixed, the venue chosen, and the preparations are underway!!
February 25th and 26th will find us hosting the 1st leg of the LISTEN World Tour at 8 Fenchurch, London for our customers, prospects, partners and industry watchers.
The inaugural London LISTEN 2019 event was a huge success, featuring full house attendance, superb interactions, fantastic customer presentations and some memorable social events — all of which contributed to a bar high to exceed in 2020.
It’s a challenge we are delighted to take on. The LISTEN 2019 event in Florida in November wrapped around the theme of “Velocity to Vision” provides us with an excellent template on which to base our London edition. As our theme suggests, our two day event will be covering emerging initiatives around AI, technologies and processes to drive accelerated actionable customer insights, and our future product direction, customers will get to share their stories in our General, Foundational and Advanced breakout sessions, our Customer Success and Analysts teams will educate attendees on best practices, and our ever-expanding partner ecosystem will discuss their engagement analytics successes. And, of course we will find time to ensure our guests are entertained and enjoy some après-event hospitality.
LISTEN is already the premier event solely focussed on engagement analytics. The agenda will be finalised in the weeks ahead and we look forward to welcoming everybody to London in February. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, I encourage you to register early for both the Day One workshops and Day Two conference to avoid missing out. We are anticipating that like last year’s UK conference, the event WILL sell out, so the sooner you register the better.
