CallMiner is running its first Hackathon – inviting our community of users to contribute to category development by competing to build First Call Resolution (FCR) categories and related components. Categories will be judged based on their accuracy and efficiency in design. Winners will receive gift card prizes and free passes to LISTEN, where the winning results will be reviewed in an Advanced Analyst session.
